The BEST Chicken Karaage ever, and its not close! They have mastered that dish and their spicy mayo paired with it is a must! That dish alone is a 9.5/10! Their gyoza is flavor packed and you will love it also. Pictured i get a California roll and add cream cheese, it is so fresh and if you sit at the front bar you will get to watch the chefs as they make the food. The last pictured item is one of their baked rolls which is really unique and I loved it as well. You have to try this place, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Last new years eve-ish we had over a dozen in our group, the place was fantastic! Really good Ramen, the tonkotsu was delicious, just know it's a hearty broth. Better than the sushi/Ramen places I've been to in Southlake.

A Must try and strongly recommend! The sushi quality was phenomenal and fresh. I also tried the house ramen it was 3.7/5 in my opinion. Could use more garlic but that's just me. Will definitely return at least for the sushi though and will give the ramen another try! Thank you!!!

Cute little spot, they have Happy Hour late and the sushi was great. Miss soup was a little not hot but good, we did show up 40 minutes before close so I'll give that a pass. It happens, will try it again and re review it. But a cute little spot for good sushi!

August 29, 2025 around 11:15 am, I went in to pick up two separate orders. The young lady who greeted me and a couple of the cooks behind the counter were very polite and professional. Right before the orders were ready, another employee who was the only Caucasian person working that I could see, out of nowhere barged in on the order prep the young lady was getting ready for me. He was being loud and pushy to the point where she walked away to the back area, visibly upset. He basically took over the prep for both the to go orders in a pushy way. Another employee pointed out that he was making a mistake between the two orders and the Caucasian employee (everyone else was Asian) verbally became aggressive and very rude to the other employee. It was so bad, I was literally offended for all the other employees that have to work with him. With me, he was polite when he handed me the orders, but it literally took everything I had not to tell that guy off. He is a work bully and should be let go. The other employees do not deserve to be treated in the manner he was treating them. I’ve added a picture of the two orders reflecting the name of the restaurant to show I really was there.

I enjoy the sushi, but when I get take out I should not have to specify that I want chopsticks. I ordered two rolls and some sushi, and arrived home to find two plastic forks. I only check for chopsticks when I get HEB sushi or something other than a proper sushi place. It was frustrating.

Sushi street is our favorite sushi spot! Sushi is delicious and fresh, and pretty much anything else you get there is equally good!
We've eaten there several times now and enjoyed ourselves each time. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is clean.

This is by far the best sushi in north Fort Worth! We won’t go anywhere else now. We’ve dined in, but mostly do takeout and their sushi is so delicious. Would recommend the Shy Roll!
