I ate the Haddock Lunch Dinner today and it was DELISH.
Food is always HOT and the Fish/Haddock or Cod has a Crispy & Crunchy batter to Die for.
Lived here over 30yrs. Best fish and chips yet. Sausage was on point too!
The breakfast is amazing…

Fish and Chips Houston is a delightful gem with a wonderful atmosphere and high-quality, fresh food. The Scottish egg and fish (cod) and chips dinner come highly recommended. The hand battered fish is delicious, and the fries are fresh cut with a subtle crunch, offering a natural, larger piece. The brown gravy served with the fries is a nice touch that complements the meal well. The restaurant also serves the steak pie, which is like enjoying the best pot roast with a homemade crust around it. The sticky toffee pudding is described as life-changing, tasting like sunshine and happiness, and was a huge hit during Christmas, leaving a lasting impression. The employees, including a friendly server named Charlie, are welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring a positive experience. The restaurant's Scottish owners are seen as a true gift to the community. Visitors can also catch rugby matches here, adding to the inviting atmosphere. Overall, the place offers delicious food, excellent service, and a warm environment, making it a spot worth returning to.
