PASTA MARGARITA is a local, authentic gem of a restaurant in the Kemah area. The food is unique, amazing, and exceptional, tasting fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. The BEST restaurant experience, the food was absolutely delicious. The appetizer bread is to die for, and the charro beans are fabulous. The corn soup is silky, sweet with toasted chips on top. The Birria tacos are stuffed to the max with succulent meat, and the Yucatan achiote tacos were outstanding. The Pizza Gaucha was incredible, with the chimichurri sauce stealing the show, and the pasta dish with a cilantro cream sauce is creative. The Pasta Norteña is rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, while the Maya and Cancun pastas are divine. The drinks are refreshing and beautiful, with a cocktail list of fresh ingredients, original recipes, and fun glassware. The Traditional Mojito is refreshing and light. The salted flan is the perfect sweet ending. Service is fantastic, friendly, and attentive, and the owner is super sweet. The atmosphere feels warm and authentic. This is a must try, worth the hour drive.
