Th Prsrv Reviews
THE most amazing, unique, educational and fantastic-tasting dining experience of my life. We loved it. I feel like we travelled the centuries as well as the globe, in one evening, right here in Kemah, Texas. Incredible food and people. Fifteen courses authentic to the timeline of Choctaw and Thai food, even first known recipes dating back to 1640. The chefs and the wine director introduced and explained each as it was brought to the table.
What an outstanding experience. The ambiance in the dining room is amazing. Every dish has deep roots in Thai and Choctaw tradition. Great experience and wine pairing was great

The Prsrv offers a unique and adventurous dining experience curated by two excellent chefs. Specializing in a tasting menu that intertwines Choctaw tribal and Thai history, cultures, spices, and food, the restaurant presents a story with each of its 15 courses. The decor and ambiance, enhanced by table lighting and unique touches like hand-woven baskets, create a dreamy, intimate, and beautiful atmosphere. Though the experience is on the expensive side at $150 per person, it is noted for its fantastic food and friendly staff. Diners can expect a special night with a variety of delicious and educational dishes, as well as an opportunity to travel through centuries of Choctaw and Thai culinary traditions.
