The staff truly sets this place apart. The service is attentive, professional, and consistently top-tier, making every visit feel special. The food easily deserves 10 stars if that were possible, but since 5 is the max on Google, that’s what it gets—though it doesn’t come close to capturing how good it really is. If you’re looking for one of the best dining experiences in downtown Fort Worth, Grace is at the top of the list.“

“We hosted our Partner Appreciation Event at Clay Pigeon yesterday and had the most amazing experience. Leslie was a dream to work with and did everything to ensure a smooth event. She checked in periodically throughout the evening and was swift to take care of anything we needed. The waitstaff was incredibly professional, kind, over the top accommodating. “Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

“The huevos rancheros were amazing! The portion sizes were solid and the server was fast and friendly. The style of the restaurant is really cute as it gives old school dinner with a modern revamp. The parking validation confused me a little, but the food is worth it.“

“Ate breakfast here this morning food was good, service was slow but the shocker was seeing a "food tax" fee on my bill. No signage at entrance displaying an announcement of this new "fee". Cashier couldn't explain what it was for, why not raise your prices instead of sneaking this onto people's bill? Seems dishonest to me....“

“today is December 6, 2023 at 12:15 PM. I came to this location to eat a Philly cheese sandwich and french fries and drink a Coke. It was $15. The Philly cheese sandwich was very small and the meat was dried out and it had a weird taste to it. I don’t know if it was a seasoning or wet and the french fries were kind of yellowish and they put too much pepper on the fries, it was not worth the $15 that I paid but they were very nice. It’s two Hispanic ladies that work there. They serve breakfast from 6 o’clock in the morning until 10 and then they start lunch and they close early.“

“Everybody was nice and friendly related behind the counter. She was nice took my order and I got exactly what I asked for. I really have a lot to offer now Food was hot. It was a plus for me. I took it to go when I got where I was going it was still hot. I like that way to go Lisa.. keep up the work.

“We reserved a party room for a Bridesmaid's luncheon last Friday. Reata does an A+ job. Working with McKynlea was a delight. We chose a limited menu, including several delicious gluten free choices. She sent me a sample menu ahead of time for my approval. Carae was our waitress and did an exceptional job. We also had a table in the main dining room for half a dozen of the husbands who insisted on coming to have the special tamales, and bison burgers! They too loved the food and had excellent service. I cannot recommend Reata more highly. We live several hours from Ft Worth, and are looking for more opportunities to come again! Thank you Reata staff for adding to our wedding celebration. We are grateful.“

“Fort Worth Top golf seems to have the rudest people working for them . Our server was not clear on anything and told us last call on food and drinks when I was not last call the place didn’t close for another 2 hours.“

“Only come here for hot dogs!! I went to 2 other hot dog restaurants in this city and they both gave me inedible gross undercooked hot dogs. This is the only restaurant that actually properly cooks their hot dogs. Sad that other places that specialize in hot dogs don't know how to cook their own hotdogs. This place's quality is much better.“

Our orders were the hickory burger with bacon and chili cheese fries and a bacon burger with chili cheese fries and they were delicious! Only negative is waiting about 20 minutes but im sure theres a lot of orders and short staffed in the kitchen.We will be back for sure and i would definitely recommend others to check them out!“

“GREAT. WONDERFUL. PROFESSIONAL FEMALE MANAGER. had a issue at drive thru of getting short changed. Didn't get her name, petite young girl. Was absolutely 💯 nice. I only asked for my money back. And she was never rude. Was super courteous and polite full. I was driving off and she still was trying to go above and beyond for the customer. I will definitely go back because of her. ( JON ). “Last week I came to town to visit my family for my birthday. They know I love cheesecake, so they picked The Cheesecake Factory for my celebration dinner. It did not disappoint! Our server Kris made several amazing recommendations. My favorites were the street corn, cajun shrimp, and the chicken madeira. I had the celebration cheesecake for my dessert, I didn't even that was a thing, I love sprinkles. This was fine dining service at a affordable price. When I get back to Arizona, I am going to go back and try a bunch of other things that sounded so good. Too bad we won't have Kris to helps us choose.“
