Don't let the building fool you. (I have rule for food establishments the older it looks the better it is). This place is unbelievable. Bark on the brisket and pulled pork was a perfect balance of seasoning, smoke and natural flavor of meat. Did a dinner take-out from Bill’s BBQ…this place has been around for over 40 years and is a local favorite. I went with the 3-meat sampler dish with chicken, pulled pork, and brisket with beans and potato salad as the sides. Overall…the meal was OK. The chicken was good, the pulled pork had nice flavor, and the brisket was just OK, not much bark or flavor. I enjoyed the potato salad but wasn’t a big fan of the beans.
