Ordered a cake in advanced online and received confirmation. The cake was ordered over 24 hours in advance. Drove over 30 minutes on the day of pick up to pick up the cake, only to find out they had no cake ready. Supposedly the employee had posted the cake order in the group text chat when the order had come in, but no cake decorator had responded to make the cake. This place is not that old, and honestly when it got built, I guess four or five years ago(?)I was excited because in the 1980’s we had a great B&R at River Oaks Shopping Center.
