Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I already love Freddy's hamburgers but visiting this location was such a pleasant experience. Wes, our server went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and patiently explained to our kids they're options so they could order. I don't have a lot of expectations for fast food but this location has set a very high bar. My one single, slight critique is that I feel like maybe there could be one less table in the dining area. It was a little difficult to navigate

Our food came out in a timely manner. We ordered for someone else after and the order got lost. They remade the order quickly and made the drink bigger for us. We accidentally left our free meal card on the table and one of the workers ran it out to us. Very nice customer service.

Why four star. First time ever at a Freddy's had the prime burger with fries. It was all super good, but the SALT. Holy Molly, it was a lot. The overall flavor of the burger and fries were great but there was so much salt to it, that it tasted like someone lost the top to the shaker and it dumped on the flat top. Like I said, first time... so maybe a one off thing but my sons burger and fries were just as incredibly salty.

2 single burger meals, 1 with onion rings, one with cheese fries, everything was fresh and hot, and ready for pickup when I arrived! The restaurant itself was very clean and drink station was as well! I was greeted by 2 friendly employees as soon as I waljed in, both ready to help in whatever way possible. Great experience and great food!

I love this Freddy's! Every time I go in, the staff seems very happy and always greets me with a smile. My food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The California Burger is my favorite! Store is always very clean and well taken care of.

The girl in the drive thru made the order extremely complicated. Our 2 kids meals turned into regular meals, and somehow our 3 burgers we ordered turned into 5.
