Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Love Freddy's! Food is freshly made (can be kind of greasy). A fantastic burger. Fries are good but a little too salty for my taste. Love the onion rings! And if course have to have a concrete custard for dessert! Absolutely amazing! Would go to Freddy's before Whataburger.

In general, Freddy's is always a good choice, but at this particular location in Kerrville, the management and staff definitely go over and above when it comes to being courteous and friendly.

The restaurant is well kept
and clean.

The preparation and quality of the food is excellent.

You can always tell by a teams performance how well coached they are. Thanks again to "Junior" and all of the staff for always being so kind and welcoming :)

Freddy’s is my favorite place to go in Kerrville! The food is always excellent, prepared in a timely manner, and the restaurant is always clean. Their customer service is top tier as well. Definitely check these guys out!

Went by and food was great as usual but the whole time I was there I saw this one employee when he made custard and he never washed his hands and then he scratched his junk with his gloves and continued to make custard and on top of that I saw him hitting a vape of some sort in the corner. I asked another employee for his name and she said his name is Wes. I don't know but no one should eat there if he's working . The guy is on something they way he be looking there. Morning workers aren’t it but the night crew are always on top of it and make me feel welcomed!

Freddy’s is my all time favorite burger spot. This specific one just had horrible food. Burger was bland, fries didn’t take like the signature Freddy’s fries. The customer service was great as always though.

Kid-friendliness: I was traveling through kerrville on vacation and decided to stop at Freddy’s. I’ve had bad experiences in the past but I was pleasantly surprised with the service and food. The girl in the drive, Nevaeha, was kind and took the time to explain the menu to me. If I’m ever back in kerrville I’ll definitely stop by again!

That boy junior is slaying in the kitchen, honestly the whole teams great felt like home eating here the food is extremely fabulous keep doing yall things on the food scene too tough I’m from cali but I’ll pick Freddy’s over in n out and I would say that about a burger joint but this is top food quality

Don’t get me wrong, I love Freddy’s! Lived in San Antonio, born and raised, and would go a lot with my kids! Moved to Kerrville to be closer to some other family and was a little disappointed by the lack in variety of restaurants, but that has changed the past couple of years! Was really excited when Freddy’s opened and I’ve gone a few times since the opening, my kids love it as well. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as enjoyable our last time. My son had been complaining about having a weird feeling in his mouth like something was stuck after eating some of his burger. I assumed maybe a piece of cartilage or some type of bone that got stuck in his gums and he can floss it out after. He did lose a tooth recently and had a bit of a gaping hole in his back tooth since it was fresh, so food had been getting stuck in there. I helped him brush his teeth after later that night and was shocked in what I found. A round metal sphere in his mouth! It was very small and I have no idea what it is and have been trying to figure it out and stressing… It’s silver, very tiny but thick, and has a small hole in and end. I put it in a tissue after cleaning it out from his mouth and washing it to see exactly what it was. Photos definitely make it look a bit bigger than it actually as it’s a bit smaller than a child’s fingernail. I was up all night searching online what this could be….I tried searching descriptions and google reverse searching images and closest thing I can find is that it most likely was a loose earring, a bead from a bracelet, or a loose facial piercing? Asked my teenage daughter if it was a piercing or earring piece because these kids know more than I do and she has a few piercings herself… She believes so. Said It could be an earring back but doubts it and it looks like a ball or “stud” piercing. She said it’s most likely either an eyebrow piercing, upper or lower lip piercing, dermal piercing, or anti eyebrow. Guess that can narrow down where it came from. Will still visit here but carefully now…Don’t want another metal piece in my sons gums. EDIT: My daughter also said it can be a ball to a septum piercing!

Second time coming to this location, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious again. We travel 25 miles each way to come to this specific location because of the service. The kitchen manager Junior is a superstar!! He makes everyone feel so welcome and makes sure the restaurant and staff is on point. He deserves a raise for sure!! I will continue to come back here to this location until one is built in Fredericksburg. Appreciate everything you guys and gals do!!
