It's an adorable time capsule with great food at reasonable prices. I'm always excited to come here when I visit Kerrville, it was a staple of my childhood and still tastes great today. Love the mix and match seating and furniture. They also have a frozen case of premade meals! Great for picking up quick dinner.
Great sandwich at a reasonable price. My husband always complains that nobody puts enough meat on his sandwich. Plenty on this sandwich. Bread is made in house and so fresh. Try the rosemary sun dried tomatoe bread and the lemon apricot cookie.
I have been passing by this place for a long freaking time. I kept telling myself that I need to try it. Well I finally did it and it was an unexpected site. My daughter was with me and when we walked in it smelled of the olden days. The tables were spread out and service was in the back of the place. There were 3 workers, two men and a lady, (reminds me of the movie). They were busy making orders as they came in. Everything was fresh cut off the block and they make their own...
