The entire restaurant knew but me!! We love going back every valentines to this special place in our love story!! We love the fact they remember that night as well and seat us at the same table with the same waiter!! The sea bass is incredible and the filet is outstanding!!! We look forward to every Valentine’s night to go here,and celebrate the anniversary of our special night for dinner.. “My family and I are huge fans of Mary's Tacos! The food is consistently fresh, and the tacos are generous in portion. Their lunch plates are excellent as well. I typically order the street tacos, which come with four tacos, rice, beans, a grilled jalapeño, and tortillas. I must admit it can get quite chaotic inside since the space is small and it sometimes becomes very crowded.
I definitely recommend this place!“

“Don't let the building fool you. (I have rule for food establishments the older it looks the better it is). This place is unbelievable. Bark on the brisket and pulled pork was a perfect balance of seasoning, smoke and natural flavor of meat. I had the brisket, ribs and pulled pork (three meat plate) Brisket was moist and perfect balance of flavor, the ribs fell off the bone as I picked them up off the plate, and yet again perfect balance all the way through, the pulled pork was excellent and again balanced just right. The BBQ sauce was a perfect blend for pork or beef just added that extra level to all the meats. Now to the desserts!!!! The buttermilk pie was excellent not to sweet not to savory, the chocolate cake was like a true home made cake and the pecan pie was devine!!!!! Had to try all three with my family. Kerrville is lucky to have an establishment as good as this place. Well done 5 stars all the way around“

A true Mexican style margarita is 1 oz Tequila, 1 oz Controy (orange liquor) and 1/2 oz of fresh lime and 1/2 oz of simple syrup. That paired with the El Pastor taco’s, Baracho beans is solid.“

“Last Saturday I went to the Ihop while accompanied by two purple men.
Let me explain.
It was the middle of the night and the guys just got back from a GWAR metal concert where they were drenched in faux blood. By the time they got home, we three were starving.
This is where Jessica comes in. We walked into the I of Hops and were greeted by this absolutely AMAZING human. She didn't even ask why they were purple!! Which was fine because we were cracking constant jokes and being mildly inappropriate and she loved every minute of it. Turns out she was a fan of the band and was laughing the whole way through with us!
The service was excellent! The food was i-hoppin and it was a freaking awesome experience.
It was genuinely nice to meet such a kind person in the world. Humanity needs more of her.“
