We were leaving when the manager approached and let us know ow how sorry he was about the situation and rectified it. I'm not able to go back and edit my 1 star rating. I wanted to just give an accurate account that they at the end finally did fix everything.
I was so disappointed that this new Whataburger doesn’t give Veterans Discount being how we have the VA Hospital right down the street. So many retired veterans live in Kerrville.
