How does this restaurant take longer to serve a single meal than it would for one to travel to Nepal to search for enlightenment on top of a mountain, find a cow family, adopt calf and raise it into a cow, bring the cow back on a raft across the ocean, butcher the cow with a single piece of full scrap metal, grind the meat between stones, and cook it slowly over cooled down old coals? Paying $15 for a "fast food" meal that takes longer than any sit down restaurant is ridiculous. Every 6 months to a year I'll decide to try Whataburger again to see if it's gotten better and I'm always reminded why I wait at least 6 months between visits.

Took very long to get a kids 2 strip meal, 2 large fries, a medium fries and a medium onion rings. Ended up not getting my medium fries and went in to let them know and had trouble with the kid at the register. Didn't get a receipt so that made it harder. The girl working the window came to the front and asked what I was missing and took care of it right away. Fries were luke warm when I started eating them a few minutes later.

Slowest service I have ever received. Literally no customers inside or in drive thru and it still takes 40+ minutes to get a freaking burger. You can see the employees just standing around day dreaming or outright playing on their phones. This location by I-10 won't last long. Edit: A year and a half later, they still have the exact same issue! 40+ minutes for a biscuit sandwich is insane

I will start by saying I've had food from this location several times and 9/10 times have enjoyed everything. I placed a order through door dash just before midnight and didn't receive my order for well over an hour! I can understand due to the time it was ordered but I've done the same thing several times and ne we had this issue of this time length. I only ordered 2 burgers! No sides, no drinks, no desserts, just burgers! Credit to the dasher who had the order originally as he waited for over 20 minutes and had to pass it off to another. As a fellow food industry worker I am disappointed the task couldn't be completed in a understandable time frame

Every time we order online it is never ready when u get there never! Ordered 20 minutes ahead of time at 6:00 in the morning and they still don't have it ready I know I've came to this Whataburger good 10 or 12 times in this fashion and they've never had it ready we've always had to wait makes no sense why have online orders if you're not going to have people's food ready Good job Whataburger.

This restaurant trapped me in the drive-through for about an hour and fifteen minutes. I was unable to leave, and this prevented me from being able to pick up my son on time. Don't come here if you don't have hours to waste.
