Great experience at Black Rifle Coffee Company! The staff was welcoming and provided great service. The coffee flavors are unique, some a little unusual, but definitely interesting to try. The French toast muffin was a standout, absolutely delicious. They also offer a discount to the military, thank you for your service 🫡. Overall, a good spot if you’re looking for something a bit different from the usual coffee shop.

Was behind one car and waited nearly 6 minutes for a Medium cold brew. The barista was nice, but the coffee Missed the mark. I haven’t tried the hot coffees, but if it’s anything like the cold Brew this place is cooked.

Excellent coffee excellent service. Better than Dutch Brothers to me.
App is horrible. Came for the 1st time with a reward for free coffee. I was told it was the wrong app. When I got the right app I was told the points expired. Both servers told me I had to pay for $8 coffee that was made. Probably be the last time I go here. Why have two apps for one store? Just bad business

Black rifle would be my go-to coffee shop late morning. Working on my computer. Having a great Smokey Joe and it's always fun to support veterans

This is the friendliest place to get coffee. Cat is my favorite barrista (but they're all nice). Be sure and tell them if you're military or former military so you get your discount on your purchases.

Great coffee. My iced Americano was well made. Super pleasant atmosphere with seating outside. Nice selection of merch too.
The staff is s amazing but, our jeep group has been coming in at 9 am the last Sunday every month to meet for a couple of years. There never has been an issue before.
The past 2 months there has been only 2 people staffed when our group of 20+ arrive.
They are wonderful people who should not need to struggle so much or receive the attitude from people outside of our group because orders are taking longer than usual.

Great tasting waffle sausage egg sandwich with a large house medium roast coffee 10% vet discount for under $5.99.
Only issue was large coffee cup lid pops off when you go to take a drink. Cup is too weak for that size coffee ☕️

Please do not take this too severely. It is meant to be constructive. I love the Black Rifle business model and want to continue as a patron.
First of all, the barista was hustling. She was doing her best and working very hard. This criticism is not directed at the individual working the drive through.
I have been delayed in the drive through multiple times, and I just want to provide some honest and helpful feedback. The little things matter and long term success depends on paying attention to them.
Here is the specific issue. As much as I am drawn to BR because of shared values that is not the essence of the customer relationship. Your bottom line and mine are all about being able to get a cup of coffee & sandwich quick…fast…and in a hurry.
Today is Friday and as a Catholic I abstain from meat. I asked for a sandwich at the drive through that met that requirement, and received an affirmative response. The yes did not, however, come with a follow on telling me how long it would take to prepare.
I have no idea how many minutes passed, but it was way too long. I left after paying, receiving coffee, and being told to continue waiting for the sandwich. There was a car behind me and I decided to leave without the food.
I proceeded to drive down the street to Starbucks and placed an order for a sandwich. It was paid for and produced in less than ninety seconds.
That is the standard. You have got to be able to get from order to completion at the window in well under two minutes.
If there is preparation that is going to take longer than tell the customer to come inside and wait. I would have been happy to do so…but I will not sit idling in my car…smelling exhaust fumes…and embarrassingly holding up the line.
If you want to beat the competition then you must do better with efficient service.
