Black Rifle Coffee Company

Was driving through and gave Black Rifle Coffee a try. This is an amazing coffee shop and staff are very professional with fast service. Based on the reviews they have great coffee. However, I would not recommend matcha latte. The matcha is gray/brown color and doesn’t taste anything close to matcha. I had to stop at Starbucks right after and couldn’t drink the one I got from here. Overall, I gave 4 stars just in the service provided.

I have been wanting to come to a local store for years. It didn't disappoint! Drink was excellent the people were so kind and caring. It had a great set up and many options. It made my day!

Lately we have noticed a huge slack in customer service and cleanliness of the lobby. Had a spill in the lobby in front of the counter and I notified the manager on duty that day. He didn’t seem too concerned so I blocked off the area to prevent any customers from slipping in the spill. Now today the lobby was full and no manager in sight to help the orders to be taken. We waited 15 minutes to even put the order in. I will remove this 1 star review when management takes it serious. The crew at the counter is working as hard as they can. Management-Do better. Starbucks is right next door.

I'm new to Black Rifle and love it already!! Doesn't matter which location I've gone to, everyone is very friendly, stores are clean, and I really love the vibe. Merchandise is great too!!

The atmosphere here was amazing! The baristas did a great job, and the overall experience was so enjoyable. It’s definitely a perfect place to study, relax, and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

They know coffee. They have a huge selection of coffee on the shelf and other products. Makes great gifts for coffee lovers. Owned by veterans and run by veterans. Very nice ppl and even helped me carry out my bags to the truck. The man that was helping me took the time to listen which is rare now and is a retired vet. Thank you for your service, sir.
