“I ordered online paid for onion rings to be put on my burger they weren't on. I went back inside and the girl was so pleasant she said oh I'll fix it. The onion rings were made she put them on the burger. My burger was still hot. Problem was resolved and unlike other restaurants she didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience to fix my burger. “So this morning on my way to work I stopped and purchased breakfast. The clerk told me my card declined. So I used a different card to pay for my order.That transaction went through no problem.Later that afternoon, I discovered that the first transaction did go through and I was double charged.Later this evening, I came back to the Burger King and spoke with the manager on duty. I showed her that I was charged twice on two different cards. She took the information and issued me a cash refund for one of the transactions.She made my negative experience a positive one. I am a regular at this Burger King and because of the customer service I received. I will continue to come to this Burger King. Thank you for the fantastic customer service.A grateful customer...“
