This place was like a breath of fresh air. The staff was very professional and courteous. The food was very fresh and tasty. Being from Alabama this was quite a new and amazing experience. Although there was one problem with my order I'm still very pleased with the visit. I contacted the store about the issue with my order she promptly said the matter will be corrected on my next visit. I give this experience an A+++++ Get with the program Alabama and bring DQ Chicken and Dumplings to your locations!!! And any other State that doesn't offer this item on the menu!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dairy Queen drive-thru. It was raining when I stopped by and ordered a Blizzard, and from start to finish, the service was unacceptable.
First, the employee did not perform the Blizzard flip, which is a well-known DQ policy. It’s literally part of their brand and when staff skip it, it signals a lack of care in how the product is prepared.
Second, the Blizzard they handed me was already melting, clearly not made properly or stored at the right temperature. On top of that, they gave it to me without a lid or napkins, despite me mentioning I was taking it home.
Because it was raining and I was in my car, the melted Blizzard spilled all over me — on my clothes, in my car, everywhere. A complete mess that could have been easily avoided if they had followed their own standards and showed basic customer consideration.
This is not what I expect from a brand like Dairy Queen. If you’re not going to follow your own Blizzard flip policy or ensure your product is properly served, why should customers keep coming back? I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this seriously.

Shout out to Julie ( Shift lead ) she hooked me up, new secret menu...medium soft serve cup topped with reeses and hot fudge...not blended!! Its a dairy queen, the original soft serve and blizzard. Come for the ice cream! never tryed anything else from the menu though lol
Great location, I can’t recall who answered the phone, but they had a great attitude and welcomed us before we even got there, ice cream is always great, the atmosphere is always clean and attentive, great location
Don’t bother coming coming here if they have more than 1 car in the drive through. No organization in the kitchen. Just make the drive to Killeen location.

Didn't get our order right as we placed it. Never read the order back so did the realize it until we got our food and were missing things. The manager did make it right and gave us the missing ice cream. The store was not clean and it took almost 5 minutes to get our order even taken. There was no line inside or in the drive thru so it was definitely subpar for dairyqueen. And our usual stop on ft hood street and temple 31st where they always exceed expectations!
