Today I couldn't believe drive through. Its only one person working the line was long. The drive through worker was serving people that came after the cars that was already there. Unacceptable Dutch Bros.

I ordered a drink around 6:30 today and I double checked a few times that an allergen flag was put on my order because of my (severe, but luckily not anaphylactic) dairy allergy. I ordered a drink with oat milk. We get up to the window and I see the woman starting my drink. I noticed that she hadn’t sanitized anything and asked if the order taker put an allergen flag on my order. She said he did. I mentioned my allergy again and asked if the measuring cups and spoon could be sanitized first. I then emphasized that I was worried about cross contamination and that the dishes were being blasted with water, but not sanitized. She only offered a refund. I asked if she could remake my drink in the cup only instead of using the shaker, measuring cup and spoon. She said she can’t not measure everything. I asked her if she would make my drink but sanitize the dishes she would use to make it. She asked if I wanted a refund or for her to sanitize everything. I asked if she could sanitize it. She responded back with “next time let the order taker know that you want everything sanitized.” I thought she took everything with her to sanitized but my friend later told me that she didn’t take the shaker, only the measuring supplies. She seemed really upset that I asked for her to take an extra step for my safety. I have drank about half my drink and I started feeling sick. We were running everything over in our heads and she realized she didn’t take the shaker with her. Luckily I had allergy medication with me before I started to vomit. I am still going to be nauseous and in pain for a few days, but at least there’s that. I’m very concerned about the lack of empathy and allergen training from the barista. If I was allergic to nuts, these same practices would have killed me. I wanted to relay my experience before other guests risk their lives and health.

normally enjoy Dutch Bros for its fun energy and good drinks, but today’s visit left me frustrated. I asked for a simple customization — just a change from the standard recipe — and was told by the barista they couldn’t do it per policy.
This was surprising because Dutch Bros’ own website says they are “always happy to make any drink the way you’d like.” I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a small change that should’ve been easy. Instead, I was left feeling like my request wasn’t welcome and that my preferences didn’t matter.
Coffee shops are all about personalization, and being told “no” to a basic tweak really killed the experience for me. If this is truly policy, it should be made clear before ordering — or Dutch Bros should change it to match what they advertise.
I hope they address this, because I’d love to come back — but only if they’re willing to let customers enjoy their drinks the way they like them.

I love this Dutch bros!! I did not know what to get, but one of the drive through workers mentioned the strawberry / grapefruit energy mix and wow she could not have recommended anything better. Not to mention how sweet and welcoming they were considering all the questions I was asking.

I didn’t catch this ladies name, but she was happy, joyful, full of positive energy, she didn’t mind being too busy, she gave me the best customer service ever! I can provide a video of her. I had to record her, I wish I would’ve recorded sooner. I love this lady! Give her a race! Thank you Dutch Bros for making my first time, the best experience ever!

So my coffee has been made wrong twice now. Why is a golden eagle so dark and bitter? It was never made like this before. I tried calling to see if I can get a remake and it’s hard to get someone on the phone since it’s corporate number

Every time I pull into the drive-thru, it’s like stepping into a pocket of sunshine where the vibes are strong, the caffeine stronger, and the staff? Unmatched. They don’t just serve drinks—they serve friendship in a cup. Whether I’m rolling in pre-caffeinated chaos or post-kid-dropoff zombie mode, they hype me up like I’m the main character in a feel-good movie.
The crew is fun, fast, and always makes me smile—like the emotional support baristas I never knew I needed. 💙 Bonus points for remembering my order and making sure it’s always perfect (and if it’s not? They fix it with zero drama and ALL the kindness). Honestly, I’d give them more stars if I could.

We normally do not have an issue with the stan schuleter location, but the last few times we have gone the drinks are not made correctly. Just went this morning and one of the drinks was a caramelier (iced) which is made with Carmel and chocolate milk, but they put coconut and chocolate syrup. We even told the guy at the windows it was suppose to be a Carmelizer, and he just keep saying yup.
