I have recently went to this freezing milk establishment with my family and we had witnessing un professional management by far. It wasnt so on the girls.. i believe it was the boss or manager.. while we was waiting in line looking at the menu, the manger or boss was yelling in the employee’s face and she couldn’t be no more than 16 of age. He completely embarrassed her infront of the customers in the establishment.. i can tell they are overworked felt so bad for them, me and my family left.

l've work at freezing milk for 15 months my first job at 16 l'm now 17 almost 18 and have recently been fired for "turning off the machine too early" mind you they don't pay us for the time we
"close" and clean the store, we don't get that. This whole "franchise" is absolutely shady for one they have their 5 year old son in the back most often times DOING WORK they make that poor child help bring in supply and sometimes make the supply, for two we don't get our tips which is in fact not legal as employees we have our right to our tip under any circumstances(correct me if I'm wrong) three, we had a trainee he hadn't even been there for 2 weeks, the owner Rita decided to raise her hand in the act of almost hitting the minor he obviously left after that four, the other owner randolf which is Rita’s Husband, he likes to yell in his employees faces for making a small mistake and yes YELL and tbh the list goes on, myself and other employees that have been working there 5 months+ have already contacted OSAH about the shady mess after being fired 6 other employees have decided to quit on the job and that speaks volume ‼️ I wouldn’t support this specific freezing milk they are running a super shady business and I’m speaking up about it !‼️

I took the family there and it was a nice little shop and the ice cream was pretty good. I feel bad for the employees having to make it all. The poor girl was going into muscle failure trying to make the first one. I didn’t have the heart to term her there were three more behind that one. Hopefully she doesn’t go to work for Cold Stone. That place will destroy her or turn her into an ice cream crushing warrior.

The girls here are amazing. Patient and excellent at what they do, they were constantly moving to get orders out quickly. Remained courteous to customers who did not show any kindness or consideration for how busy they were. So many options, great prices, and a super cute and clean space!

Cute little place. Very helpful for the first timers. Lol I got a strawberry banana shake with strawberry popping boba. It was soooo yummy!! We kept the little cups too!! Hehe They're adorable!!
