I was really looking forward to trying the food at Galaxy but we were sorely disappointed. The food was cold, the burgers were more stiff buns than meat, and the meat had zero flavor. We were expecting amazing decor and mostly it was just collectibles you could purchase. The staff was friendly and my kids enrolled the free arcade games.
My kids and I loved our trip to Galaxy Burger in Killeen!! The food was fresh and delicious. Our nerd hearts were so happy to see the decorations that cover the walls and ceiling inside. My boys loved playing all the different arcade games as they waited for our food to be delivered. Also, the staff was incredibly friendly! I highly recommend going if you haven't already. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Food was good but customer service sucks. I ordered a breakfast for 11.50 and asked to substitute ham for the bacon. The waiter said sure thing. When I go to check out my total was 17.50. At check out I'm then being told it was a upcharge. Diced ham I'm my omelet cost me almost $5.00. I hate being ripped off.
