“Wow! This is what I would expect to eat at any German household. Nothing pit on the table was okay or blah, it was all great! The atmosphere might be small but it fits their vibe.Service was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you very much for a wonderful lunch experience!“
“Authentic German schnitzel, kraut, wurst, and salat. This would be a great place to gather with friends. If I would go there with a large group I would call ahead. The place is big enough but they might need to arrange for a larger staff.Parking: Large parking lotKid-friendliness: Kid options on menu“
“A couple of weeks back my wife and I ordered a Black Forest Cake for an old friend's Birthday. We couldn't be more happy that we ordered it from Pfeifer's. First the cake was beautiful. It was traditional and crafted expertly. Second, (but most important) the flavor was amazing!! We had taken this cake to the Veterans Nursing home where our friend for many years now resides. The Joy that this cake brought was stunning. Not just for our friend, but for the staff at the facility as well. The cake made the Birthday party for our friend one to remember.Thank You Pfeifer's!!“
“This midwestern gal loves a good BPT but they are few and far between here in Central Texas. Checkpoint Germany food truck was at Rentsch Brewery in Georgetown, Tx for Oktoberfest so I decided to try their schnitzel plate. It looked like a breaded pork tenderloin so I took it home and turned it into a sandwich. It was da bomb.Good breading, not greasy, just the right thickness and seasoned perfectly. The potatoes tasted like my Oma's.Highly recommend. And recommend this be sold as a sandwich called the BPT schnitzel. It will attract and satisfy the plethora of Hoosiers and Hawkeyes longing for a taste of home.“
