“Outstanding food! Authentic and fresh every time. Definitely unique, food smells amazing and courteous service. I've had the lunch specials that include the black (mushroom) rice, goat and chicken. Their sauce is great to pour over rice or meat. The pink slaw is spicy but delicious. Every lunch special includes plantains and a free drink. I highly recommend this place!“

“I was visiting my home town Killeen, looking for local Dominican food, when I ended up discovering Sabor de Haiti instead. Let’s just say I’m very pleased I found this place. The owner/chef was very genuine and the food was great. I had great conversations with the other customers and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was a 10/10. It’s small businesses like this that should be recognized for the quality that goes into the whole experience of dining there. I know where I will visit anytime I find my way back to Killeen.
