Order 30 Tacos. All 30 had no slices of American Cheese. Taco were brittle and disgusting to chew. Only at the very end of taco was a very tiny amount of meat..

Never completely what you ordered. in a bad way. many a sauce and ingredient have been left out.

I waited approx. 30+ minutes in the drive thru line for an order of 2 burgers and a fry. Mind you, the line and parking lot is basically empty, they aren’t backed up.
Also, I don’t appreciate the fact that the size of the drink I ordered isn't stated on my receipt. I paid for a large and wasn’t told until I got to the second window that they didn’t have large cups, so I was offered a small, but I don’t even know if I paid for a large or a small because it isn’t stated on the receipt.
I will not be going to this jack in the box again.

Nothing fast about this food EVER. I wouldn't even waste my time OR MY MONEY with dealing with the rude night staff if my son didnt like the burgers..serious training needs to be done on expediting orders and customer service..

The last 2 times I have come to this particular Jack in the Box has been a wonderful experience. The time before today, I was helped by Nicci and she has the best personality. She is kind and really strives to get the customer exactly what they ask for!! Beautiful inside and out!! Today, I was helped by Arelia and again the customer service is out of this world!! She is sweet and kind and really has a knack for people who are so indecisive as myself!! These ladies are what every customer service company needs!! They should really be the face of your location because there are few people in this town that know how to treat people!! Thank you both for making it so easy to keep going back!!!!

If you’re pregnant and craving cheese fries like me DO NOT ORDER HERE. Unless of course you wabt s brick of cheese?? I mean what kind of person would serve this? I literally peeled this cheese off of my fries. That’s how hard it was. $6 for this pos.

Not happy at all, my husband and I were craving some jack in the box milkshakes tonight and had delivered through doordash the order had gotten the at a decent time however when the DoorDasher had given us our order we noticed only one milkshake so we asked what had happened and she had told us they were out of one of the milkshakes which is understandable it happens we get that however when we went to try to get our money for that milkshake we didn’t get they wouldn’t give us a refund so now we have no milkshake and no refund for said milkshake I get it it’s late at night and they are busy but we should have to still pay for an item that we never got
