If you’re pregnant and craving cheese fries like me DO NOT ORDER HERE. Unless of course you wabt s brick of cheese?? I mean what kind of person would serve this? I literally peeled this cheese off of my fries. That’s how hard it was. $6 for this pos.

Not happy at all, my husband and I were craving some jack in the box milkshakes tonight and had delivered through doordash the order had gotten the at a decent time however when the DoorDasher had given us our order we noticed only one milkshake so we asked what had happened and she had told us they were out of one of the milkshakes which is understandable it happens we get that however when we went to try to get our money for that milkshake we didn’t get they wouldn’t give us a refund so now we have no milkshake and no refund for said milkshake I get it it’s late at night and they are busy but we should have to still pay for an item that we never got

I ordered 2 t pain meals one with no lettuce and tomatoes, not only did i not recieve what i requested but the taco was cold. Then they didn't tell us at the order screen that there was not cookies included with the order cause some how there out. Yall was out of chocolate lava cake this week and now yall out of cookies... sounds like yall employees tearing up yall profit. Yall need to run an inventory check on that store. If it's about make profit for the company and keeping happy customers I urge you to check. I used to work at jack in the box... restock was on Thursdays it's only Friday and yall outta cookies. The person who handled my order was Lai Lani D. This sucks especially cause the server was tryna throw it at us quickly and run off from speaking on my cookies being missing... I woulda been cool if I got my cookies but they gave me churros I dislike those... shoulda gave me 2 lava cakes and this wouldn't even be an issue. Now I gotta be extra... edited I went to the site filled out all the info and haven't heard anything from owner or company.

Absolutely terrible place. I ordered chicken sandwich no tomatoes allergy reasons and what did they do... they put tomatoes on my sandwich. They also completely forgot part of our order and when asked they said refund it we dont have it..... never ever coming here again Absolutely the worst!!!!!!

This is what their employees say is a regular size drink(right after an employee ordered themselves a regular sized drink that was bigger). This looks rather small. Inflated prices for smaller portions. Guess I will hit whataburger up next time
