I woke up craving tacos from here today so I placed a door dash order for tacos and a sourdough burger meal for my son. My son got his food and NO TACOS!! !I contacted my dash driver to let them know the tacos were missing. They stated they asked if everything was in the bag and someone told them, once sealed they can't open it to check it. Needless to say...they delivered the order anyway. Visiting from Georgia. Had to get my Jack-in -box taco fix!
The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever encountered. 40+ minute wait at the drive thru just to have the order wrong. Went in to have it fixed and it took another 10 minutes just to have the order wrong again. Inside was disgusting and dirty, workers had personal food and drinks out on the counter while cooking. 1 person actually working while everyone else just walked around and talked.
