I walked in to check on a pick up order my wife had placed. The staff did not greet me. They had 6 dirty tables and 12 customers sitting down. They had 2 to go orders ready and no one else at the counter. A minute later an older gentleman walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what order he was there to pick up. 10 minutes later after 3 customers came in and were not greeted and waited several minutes to be acknowledged I approached the counter to inquire about my order. The cashier asked the MOD about the order. The MOD very loudly proclaimed that since it was only desserts it was not her problem and was the cashier's problem. So now my cashier is embarrassed and the manager is acting like she is so good at her job. The cashier quickly gathered my order and handed it to me. She did forget my daughter's cookie. In the 20 years I have been a restaurant manager I have never filled out a survey no matter how bad the service. I cannot in good conscience allow the behavior of your manager a shorter plump African American woman to go unnoticed for her despicable behavior. She should have stopped what she was doing and did everything in her power to make it right. Instead my order due to be ready at 6:15 did not make it to my hand until 6:35 and was missing items. I picked up dessert here and dinner from another location. Because of how long it took for my order to be given to me my dinner which I spent $50 on was cold and not edible.This is deplorable and I will not be returning to this establish in the evening again. Lunch time shift did ok 3 days prior. So I'll just keep my now once a month visit instead of twice a week to lunch only.

Omggg! I want to give a HUGE praise to DANNELL (assistant manager), ALINA, LUIS, and AARON!! Y'all are the best night crew hands down.. First off, I came in about 10 minutes to closing time. They all exuded a friendly positive demeanor despite the time! Also, they made sure my food was super fresh. Yeah I waited a few short minutes but it was all worth it.. Potatoes were fresh and loaded to the gawdsss! Soup was yummyyyy! Customer service was TOP TIER?! I'm fairly new to the area, but I will make sure to stop by, place an order, and soak up their positive energy more often!! Y'all are a true asset to Jason's Deli! I hope God continues to shine his light upon y'all and keep y'all in his perfect peace!! ❤️??I wish I could give 10 stars ?

VERY DISAPPOINTMENT/NEVER AGAIN!!I stop by Jason's Deli today to grab dinner for tonight and I regret it as soon as I started eating my food. I was telling myself this is what you spent $27.58 dollars on. The New York Yankee sandwich was so da*n dry until the da*n cheese looked dry as well. I also bought a Texas Style Spud and the meat had a different texture to it. I have never experienced this since I have been going to Jason's Deli, but it's going to be a very long time before I return.

Placed our order at 3:06 , didn't get it until 3:39. 2 sandwichs and soup. And it was lukewarm. So disappointing especially after waiting that long for the food. The meat in the Reuben though was really good quality and very lean.

I was pretty disappointed with Jason's today. The salad bar wasn't stocked and they never restocked it while I was there and then the ice cream machine was out. I told an employee and he just shrugged me off. Bad form.
This place is well kept up with. Not to bad for service, considering we're talking about Killeen. I had the New Yorker, and it's really good. 3/4 of a pound of meat. Their baked potatoes are really good also.

Food sat there until it got cold before they gave it to me. Asked for ranch to be added to the sandwich it was not. No problem. I went back and asked for ranch and vinegar they ignored my request for vinegar and gave me ranch. Did not ask me what kind of chips I wanted either just gave me regular potato chips.

This place, first off, if it's not dirty when you walk inside, be surprised. I ordered a special manager. Never received my order, and when I advised the manager Cam, he walked off as if what I had to say was meaningless. Very disrespectful, he did not offer any type of apology for how long we waited. I have been to this location several times. This is not a once in and out. The wait staff is somewhat sarcastic, not in a good way, once a favorite, but Killeens will now be a memory never again. Cam is the managers name very rude ? ?. I hated to give the one star should be 5 negative stars but good gumbo ?..
