love the food here but they are under staffed and the staff on board is extremely slow.. i ordered two things last Saturday, gave them twice the time to have ready since i only have one hour for lunch and they still didnt have it ready for me.. i still had to get in line behind 6 people and had them do my order in place eventhough i had ordered half hour prior.. i just might have to start going to Mc Callisters instead.. staff needs to pick up the pace with a smile.. too much...read full review
Dee Dee was wonderful she took my order over the phone she was very professional and bubbly and when I came in to pick up my order she was so friendly she was a pleasure to be greeted by.
My family loves Jason's Deli in Killeen! We go at least once a month. They know my name and the employees are so friendly. If they make a mistake on my order, they go above and beyond to make it right. I love that I can get a healthy meal for an affordable price. My husband says they have the best salad bar in town. And my daughter loves the free ice cream. We will be Jason's Deli customers for life!
