This was a fortuitous encounter as I was looking for a new place to try for lunch and K&V showed up on the map. I came by to find a food trailer already serving a couple of customers. The operator suggested the Kaleb Pro and I got loaded fries as a side with Malta India to drink. The Kaleb Pro is a pressed pastrami sandwich with a crusty bread to hold in the veggies and plentiful meat. This is one of the BEST Sandwich Shops I’ve ever been to. The owners are always smiling, very polite and friendly. The food is hot and delicious. Fries are homemade and on point! I love potatoes and these are real potatoes. My husband tried to eat half his sandwich and save the rest for later and ended up eating the whole thing. The Tripleta is my favorite.
