Tried K&V Sandwich and Cafe food truck for the first time today and I’m so glad I did! I got the Cuban sandwich and the Arroz Chino Pepper Pollo—both were incredibly flavorful. The Cuban was perfectly pressed with that crispy outside and savory filling, and the Arroz Chino with Pepper Pollo had such rich flavor and the meat was so tender. This was a fortuitous encounter as I was looking for a new place to try for lunch and K&V showed up on the map. I came by to find a food trailer already serving a couple of customers. The operator suggested the Kaleb Pro and I got loaded fries as a side with Malta India to drink. The Kaleb Pro is a pressed pastrami sandwich with a crusty bread to hold in the veggies and plentiful meat. The fries are fresh cut potatoes (I watched the cook put the potato through the fry cutter)...
