First of all, doesn't matter what town I go to for McDonald's they all always mess up my order with missing items. I dont want to downplay anyone working in the fastfood industry but C'mon man!! Do not order delivery from this location. I was missing 5 items from my order so I took it upon myself to go back and get those items which now defeated the whole purpose of getting it delivered in the first place. Then upon being in the store, other customers had messed up orders too. This has to be a management problem or lack there of. I also suspect now that all Mcdonalds employees just hate life. Will never order from here again.

I can confidently say this with 90% accuracy when I state this McDonald's is the worst in Killeen. Lines will always be slow, maybe not even long due to employee incompetence. No one will occupy the line, and you'll never get your order. Order online, and the employee will tell you that it never populated even when you have a digital receipt in front of them and mention order by name. These employees are the most unprofessional, ego driven adult children I've seen in civilian jobs. The service is terrible because of their attitudes towards customers and how they speak to them. As a part-time Uber driver, I highly advise you to choose another place because they will mess up, damage, or not complete your full order. The amount of errors in one order shows attention to detail is a huge problem.

Just came bought food for my kids 2 burgers missing out of the 5 I ordered. First of all the young girl taking orders is rude af asking what else with an attitude. I asked for fresh fries and not only were they soggy and large fries had maybe a small size worth. Please managers do better. Im leaving a review because this is the second time this has happened and I don't live close or id be driving back. Hopefully this gets management's attention 🤷🏾♂️

We used the drive through lane and completed our order. Surprisingly no cars ahead of us. Plenty of cars lined up behind us as we ordered. Food was hot and iced coffee was perfectly made.

Absolute trash service. Hopefully corporate sees this order receipt says 1388. Order says 1588. Ordered a double quarter pounder. It was missing the other patty. Missing ketchup, missing the bbq sauce. I call back a manager answers. She was rude, asked me if I wanted a refund and or a remake. She told me to bring the food back and she would give me a refund. At the drive thru We asked for condiments 3 times, she had to go back and get them. We were missing our chicken nuggets, bbq sauce. The frappe was awful. Absolutely terrible businesses. Terrible customer service. She took the whole experience personal. Hire better people the woman manager on this date for this order is absolutely lazy and terrible at her job.

If I could leave a half of a star I would have. The Line wasn’t even that bad. My whole family got nuggets and there was no sauce in the bag, I got half of a small fry, I asked for only lettuce and Mac sauce. Didn’t get any lettuce at all. McDonalds workers know what they sign up for and still mess up orders. Why even work there? What would you do if your order was this messed. And yes I know I should have checked my bag but got damn I gotta check my Sandwiches too?? Wow 😡 Terrible man.
