There are two items ON THIS menu that I eat, and they've never failed me. The steak, egg, and cheese mcgriddle(NO BREAKFAST SAUCE)- The steak, egg, and cheese mcmuffin(NO BREAKFAST SAUCE)!!!! Thank you, McDonald's, for that glorious steak! Great crew as well!

Before you read my review, do yourself a favor and read all the others. The management doesn't even reply to the reviews. I took screen shots of ALL of them and I'm send a email to the corporate office.
People there are completely useless. You go in for a mobile order already paid for. Am absolutely nobody can help you. They all stand around avoiding customers. I am more upset they consistently waste my time. It's this location in particular bever have these issues other locations in killeen. I suggest avoiding this one at all costs.

We normally come to this place just for a quick snack but this time the service was actually horrible. We went through drove thru and was told to wait a moment, and after waiting 5mins another car pulls to the next drive thru lane and immediately gets their order taken. Needless to say that ruined my appetite.

Ridiculous wait for my order. You used to spend more in gas waiting for your order than what your food cost. Now they fixed that by increasing their prices.
Parking: If you need a parking spot just wait in line for your food. You'll have plenty of time to bark there but it'll cost you.

I didn’t want to do this because McDonalds is my favorite place to go to, but I had to. Although the food was great as always, the service was not. My 2 friends and I noticed that the female up front(idk her name) was giving us attitude. You know it sucks to go to your favorite place and just get bad service.
