The place looks dirty and neglected from the start. They don’t let customers open the door; instead, you have to ring a bell — and they tell you not to ring it unless you’re ready to order. That means if you have any questions or just want to check the menu, they won’t even talk to you.
The two women working there were extremely unwelcoming — especially the darker-skinned one, who had an expression of disgust, arrogance, and annoyance the entire time. Her attitude alone was enough to make us decide not to buy anything.
This kind of behavior is exactly what drives customers away and makes businesses fail. Until they learn basic customer service and respect, this place isn’t worth your time or money.

Normally this place is really good, but lately they've just been I. Guess taking their time, which is understandable. But when you only got two cars in the drive through, I shouldn't be able to back all the way out of it, come up ring the doorbell a few times and you still have the same car in the drive through.

Been going to this place for years spent some money here … but will not be back young girls working inside very rude .. took my young granddaughters to get some ice cream of which they love going here sitting out side enjoying the summer. My granddaughters are three and five . After we arrived the two of them ran up to the outside order window we were looking at the menu and my granddaughters climbed up on the bench in front of the window and were looking inside excited and curious of the inside operations… they a kids excited about some ice cream they remained on the bench while I ordered looking inside giddy telling the young clerk what they wanted I ordered us all ice cream and paid and as I was paying the girl said very Rude and sarcastically for me to get my kids away from the window …. Well I snapped back she closed the window and had another employee give us our order the second female didn’t say anything just handed the order out the window and closed the window not a thank you come back have a nice day nothing…….. I then hollered through the window I needed napkins she reopened and handed me three tiny napkins then closed the window. My family has been visiting this establishment for years … but we will not be back .. after talking to some other folks that have purchased here in the past who gave similar complaints of the staff being rude !!! Won’t be back for sure !!!!

Rude, waited in line almost 20 minutes got to the speaker waited 5 minutes no one came on after I said hello, I pulled up to the window and the lady asked if I ordered I said no, no one came to the speaker she then said we can't take orders at the window but you can pull over and order at the walk up window, I DON'T RECOMMENED THIS PLACE and just went to Bahama bucks with no problems

As of today I will not be coming back. Me and my wife sat at the ordering menu for 15mins before we pulled up to the window no one came or said anything. Go to park the truck to order at front window all you see is the employees outside chillin not doing any work...
