the bar is in a complete ghost town, it was my first time in, someone told me about the bar. Came in with my other friend and felt extremely unwelcome, the bar had an awful vibe to it. If you're not Asian and you try to go here, good luck.

I've been going to NORA for several weeks and have never had a bad experience. The staff and owner are very friendly. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The house band (a new addition) is good. The Karaoke song choices are all pre 2014 and are an eclectic mix of Korean, Japanese, and English songs ranging from classic 60s hits to disco to hip hop to The Sex Pistols (Anarchy in the U.K. and Holiday In the Sun!) Is it perfect? No. I wish the Karaoke song book was arranged a little better, and be prepared to use your phone's flashlight to read it Is it a relaxing place to hang out when I'm feeling stressed? Yes. The friendliness of the staff and regulars make all the difference and make NORA one of my favorite hangouts in Killeen

we went twice and a lady who was working behind the bar was so drunk she didn't know how to make our drinks the owner or manager also didn't know how to make drinks. we spend $20 we will never come back.
