Papa Johns Pizza

I was picking up my order around 8 pm, and witnessed an altercation between the manager on duty, I think her name was Daniella, and another employee, who is a driver that I personally can advocate for. Apparently, he delivered an order to the wrong address, and she decided the right thing to do was ream the driver for not taking the old order from the wrong person to the other guys house. If a MANAGER thinks taking not just old food, but contaminated food to a customer is acceptable, and is willing to take it out on an employee, that to me says a lot about any establishment. Food is great otherwise, management needs some serious reworking.

The employees refused to tell tell me the price of one pizza, they kept telling me to look up the prices online and when I tried to order one single topic pizza they gave me the most expensive price. I look up the prices when I was still inside the pizzeria and ask for the one topic pizza and he refused to respect the price and told me to order online. That behavior is ridiculous.

Never had a complaint about papa John’s until today it was like my pizza had been sitting out and they just put it back in the oven nd gave it to me ? burnt cardboard pizza is crazy?

You get exactly what you pay for. Not over the top or on the floor, a solid choice though.

I used to work for papa John’s in Florida as store manager. They have something called the papa standard. Crust lock, cheese lock and even a certain standard of toppings for each kind of pizza. This place served over proofing dough. There was no crust lock, cheese lock, and the crust was too thin to support the pizza. It completely fell apart the manager has a lot of work ahead on product quality. If their DO saw the pizza that manager on the job would be severely reprimanded. That should have been remade. Very disappointing quality food. The baked cookie I order wasn’t baked. I guarantee you whoever dropped the cookie put it in a for a couple of minutes instead of half way through the over cook time. I’ve seen people try to cut corners like this before with food productivity.

Pizza was sloppy. Barely any meat and sauce. Veggies were all clumped together. Our pizza was literally thrown together. Very disappointed. This isn’t the first bad experience at this location. I will not order from this location anymore

Dennis was our delivery driver and I have never met a kinder person. He was so generous and brought us plates and was very appreciative for the tip I left. He deserves all the tips in the world. Truly an amazing experience thanks to him. And the pizza was delicious too!

Super fast service and great food!!! They make the pizzas perfectly when you have special requests like light sauce. Most of the time those requests get ignored and this is the only Papa Johns that has made my pizza perfectly!!!

The service and food was so good a few months ago. Now every time we order our food is wrong, something is missing, food is NOT made consistently. Last night our food was wrong again, we called to have it corrected and sat on hold for 30 min just to be hung up on. Won’t be coming back to this location EVER AGAIN ????

This location has one of the best managers I have ever come across. She is always on point. Somehow, she keeps track of every order in her store and has a great smile when she greets every customer in the store!
