Sean is the absolute rudest person in retail I’ve ever dealt with. I explained my issue and asked his name over the phone. He hung up on me, I called back and he told me it’s my problem and to deal with it. I told him I would call the DM or Corporate and he said go ahead, I don’t care!
Pizza Hut on Rancier in Killeen Texas needs a corporate visit. The food quality is bad. My pizza was cold and under cooked, it was the wrong pizza all together. I placed an order at 5pm and didn't receive it until 8pm .Pizza Hut has been my go to pizza place..But now I have to say go bye. I will be moving on to Pap John piz-. I can't stay loyal to pizza Hut when I pay 55.00 dollars plus tip and feel so dissatisfied. Good buy and I hope you fix all the issues.
