This has to be the worst Popeyes chicken in Texas. This location is poorly managed it’s ridiculous

There was a mix-up on our order but we got that corrected. The food wasn't quite up to the standards we're used to from Popeyes. They may have been having a bad day.

I went to this location today and I was having a hard day and this guy with ginger hair really brightened up my day my food was so fresh so shoutout to the cook I will most definitely will be back at the restaurant it was really clean to be a Popeyes in Killeen 10/10

I had excellent service everything was cooked right and shout out to the cook Mr. Fankie on the good chicken and honestly everything they got my order right on the first try there employees are always ready to help and for the cashier Matthew and who are the good packing making sure everything's in the bag and double-checking the order before he gives me my order and a shout out to miss Keisha for having excellent workers and her being a great manager

Me and my family LOVEEEEEE this Popeyes. The workers have the best customer service everytime we swing by. Even when they might be overwhelmed, they are still understanding. Chicken always fresh too! Fries always crunchy.
