This is the 2nd time coming here after ordering on the app. Order at 4:40pm. App said it would be ready at 5pm. Arrived at 5:20pm. Was told to come in and wait a addition 30 minutes. Not sure what's going on here but the wait times are awful and misleading.

Chicken was not freshly cooked. Chicken was not hot. Red beans were warm and coleslaw looked old. Disappointed with the quality, but alot of food for the $6 Box.
I frequent this popeyes….u have a staff member named Raven every time i come in she hustles and is very professional. All ur staff are professional but this young lady exceeds her customer service obligations.

Sat in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. Just for them to say they didn't have my exact order and could substitute. Ok. Fine. Then didnt even get all my order and they couldn't even refund me for what they didnt have. What a waste of time.

I don't know why I keep going here. Long wait to even take your order than even longer to get food. My order was wrong. I ordered spicy chicken just to get home and see it's regular. Im a cancer patient so whenever I crave something I really want it seeing how I can't eat much. This totally messed up my bad.

Choose a different location. Hands down the worst experience. Staff not approachable or attentive. Only fries available for a side. Good thing I checked my order before I left... of course it was wrong (after waiting 20 minutes) Out of honey....how else do we get the biscuits down? Fried pickles tasted like old oil...more breading than pickle. Asked for ranch for the pickles, nope. 🙄 will not be returning.
