“I was in town dropping someone off but originally from Austin and I stopped in for a drink before heading back home. I was having technical difficulties with my sonic app & I was really appreciative & super surprised that the lady that answered the speaker sent Angie to help me with my app. Angie was very kind and patient with me. The guy tall think guy that brought out my drink was also very kind. I have been at other sonics in Austin and I've had tech difficulties with my app and they are NEVER helpful. I applaud the Killeen Sonic crew! Thank you'll for your amazing customer service! Super happy customer! ?“
“I ordered a cherry slush from sonic using DoorDash because jack n the box didn’t have any drinks I wanted at the time. The food from jack n the box was horrible, so I was already upset before I took my first sip of the slush. This sounds like a commercial, but it’s not. I promise the slushy was so good, I forgave Jack n the box lol. TRUTH! Cherry slush with lime preparation!“
“Lightening fast service and fresh hot food! By far the best sonic I've been to in lonnnnng time. They typically forget to bring the right condiments out but otherwise they're fantastic. (At least around lunch time - haven't been there for dinner)“
“It's always a pleasure to visit and grab something quick. The convenience of the location makes it ideal for busy mornings. The menu provides plenty of options to choose from. I appreciate the ability to customize drinks to my liking. Overall, it is a great experience every time.“
“This Sonics in Killeen is by far one of the best. I think the manager (the mature gentleman inside) is great. This morning, 25 Oct 24, they had a problem with their egg delivery. He went above and beyond to ensure his customers had eggs in the morning. He sent someone to Sam's to buy two 15 dozen cases just so he can have eggs available for his customers... Good job, manager. Your workers are the most polite too. Thank you.“
“I tried the Peanut Butter Bacon Cheeseburger and the corresponding shake.I loved the shake—ambivalent feelings about the burger. I'll need another to seal the deal. Neither burger nor shake is cheap. $6 to $7 for the burger and $5 to $6 for the “
