“I just left here 15 minutes ago and my food was exactly how I ordered it. It was hot and had all the fixings I asked for. I don’t know who the lady was that took my order, but she was super sweet. Had a soft voice and was very accommodating. Sonic will beat out McDonald’s and Taco Bell any day if they keep up with this customer service I have not been to this location and probably two years, but I will be back.“

“Clean lobby, tables and chairs- good job! The staff was polite, got our order right, and were courteous our entire time there. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! I even ordered a Banana Pudding Shake to go, and I'm enjoying it's deliciousness at home right now. Highly recommend this location!“

Lauren, daytime manager, is truly an Amazing Manager! Always so positive and has a smile that'll soften the heart of the hardest people imaginable. Always feel so welcomed when she's working! Samantha, new carhop, but not new to the sonic scene, is on point. She knows exactly what she's doing and it shows. Friendly and precise with tremendous focus and determination.
The cooks, what can I say, I see amazing output out of these guys! With all the orders they put out there's bound to be a few things that could've been better, but I have personally not experienced any problems with my food at all from this sonic. And I frequent this sonic quite often. Foods always been great with amazing customer service! Just because Ive only mentioned a few of the employees doesn't mean negative, these are just the ones ive interacted with. I know it's in all a group effort to run this place, and they are running it amazingly!!!

Don't base your decission on coming here on a couple unhappy customers months apart from each other. They really do a tremendous job here!! You wont be disappointed!!!“

“We love this place so we come to eat from here often…last night (9/16) we had car battery trouble when ready to go…carhop named Jodi came to help with two other associates and helped jump the battery to make it home….appreciated their help, good people with smiles while doing their job and helping people at the same time…Kudos to Jodi for helping with her car plus she has an excellent attitude and a great smile…Very Thankful to her and the others for helping us…🤗😍“

“This is the most high quality sonic location I’ve ever been to. Food is always good. The team never messes anything up for me and they’re nice when they deliver it.

Sure it’s fast food but it seems like the management has a good team and morale.“

“2/3 drinks were wrong but still delicious and close enough to what we ordered, so no loss there. Julian brought out the rest of the order (a medium fry) and told us there was a surprise in the bag. We were confused until we discovered tater tots at the bottom of the fries. Intentional? Not sure, but again, delicious and welcomed. 10/10 please never fire him.“

They didn’t even know what I was ordering when it’s on all the screens. He had to come out just to ask me what I was talking about but still didn’t know what it was. So I made an online order. Now I’ve been sitting here for more than 30 minutes.“

“Best sonic experience I’ve ever had. Shoutout to Lonzo or Alonzo, He handled some of the best food when I expected the worst coming from sonic.
Finished the fries and I don’t even like fries, 10/10 experience with the workers here. They deserve a raise. $20 cash tip.“

“Personally, I’ve never had any major issues at this location. Great service, staff double checks orders and all that.

The times I’ve had to wait, my order always came out correct and fresh (steaming hot). Could probably clean the fryers more often
though. Tots had excess grease/oil“

“Sonic is my go to spot when I need a little pick me up. Prices are skyrocketing everywhere but for $3 I can have the best cherry limeade in Austin. Make sure you take care of the carhops, it’s hot outside!! A special thanks to Connie for making me smile yesterday!!“

“Man I did not expect anything crazy going into sonic till the car hopper Julissa came and totally made my day. She asked me about how i was doing then made sure my order was correct after she even got me more sauce that she didn’t have in the tray, she just had amazing service even with a lot of customers outside that she was attending.“

“Honestly I’ve only had good experiences at this Sonic. I recently visited around 10pm a few nights ago, placed an order through the app and totally forgot to check in at the stall. One of the employees stopped by my window and asked if I was waiting on an order, at which point I realized I had never checked in. She brought everything out immediately and it was delicious. I visited again last night and the young man who brought out my order was very kind and there weren’t any problems with the order. Since moving to the neighborhood a few months ago, I’ve visited probably 9-10 times and each time has been a good experience.“
