“I've worked alot of Sconics in my day, it's great to see people like Pita that truly loves her job! Amazing customer service with an unmatched devoted quickness and finess only she can provide! Lauren, daytime manager, is truly an Amazing Manager! Always so positive and has a smile that'll soften the heart of the hardest people imaginable. Always feel so welcomed when she's working! Samantha, new carhop, but not new to the sonic scene, is on point. She knows exactly what she's doing and it shows. Friendly and precise with tremendous focus and determination.
The cooks, what can I say, I see amazing output out of these guys! With all the orders they put out there's bound to be a few things that could've been better, but I have personally not experienced any problems with my food at all from this sonic. And I frequent this sonic quite often. Foods always been great with amazing customer service! Just because Ive only mentioned a few of the employees doesn't mean negative, these are just the ones ive interacted with. I know it's in all a group effort to run this place, and they are running it amazingly!!!
Don't base your decission on coming here on a couple unhappy customers months apart from each other. They really do a tremendous job here!! You wont be disappointed!!!“
“So i come here some mornings before work, and the guy who usually takes my order has such a positive upbeat attitude. Always says good morning and just his tone is a good day starter for me. My order is 5 bucks and usually i’d tip $1 but cuz of this guy i tip $2. And the food is always great and comes out quick. I cannot speak for the night shift. All i know is this location is 262639171x better than the william cannon location down the street.“
“This is the most high quality sonic location I’ve ever been to. Food is always good. The team never messes anything up for me and they’re nice when they deliver it.
Sure it’s fast food but it seems like the management has a good team and morale.“

“Much faster than the last Sonic I visited in the Austin area on the Southside. Menu can be hard to see or find things. There's a $1.99 jr bacon cheeseburger that I know exists, but could not find it anywhere on the menu. The employee couldn't find it either, but asked someone else working there and they found it. Hidden menu items, but IYKYK! 😂 BUT IF THEY DONT, GOOD LUCK!“
“I've been coming to this Sonic in my neighborhood since the '80s a little boy anyways I ordered the Coney footlong combo today and it was perfect wasn't sloppy and just the right amount of chili was put on with just enough cheese.... not like the slaughter location...... Great job W.Stassney“
“They rarely get orders right. Needs better organization. I notice whenever someone brings out an order, it's never to the right person. They are always going back and forth. Maybe their POS needs an update? The manager will take care of you though. He's very professional.“
“My husband and I recently visited this Sonic and had an amazing experience. I tried the Smasher burger and it was easily one of the best fast-food burgers I've had lately—perfectly seasoned and seared. What really stood out though was the service. Angie was my carhop and she was fantastic! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and had a great smile. It’s rare to get such high-quality service at a drive-in. I’ll definitely stop by here again on my next Austin trip 😄“
“Man I did not expect anything crazy going into sonic till the car hopper Julissa came and totally made my day. She asked me about how i was doing then made sure my order was correct after she even got me more sauce that she didn’t have in the tray, she just had amazing service even with a lot of customers outside that she was attending.“

“Staff is awesome, at this location. Food is as expected 😋. I will say this Sonic Dine-in needs a complete overhaul internally and externally. over half of the interface panels are broken or off about the only thing that is consistently working. Is that the red call button. Could use a well needed remodel resembling our more modern sonic establishments. Best regards.“

“I just left here 15 minutes ago and my food was exactly how I ordered it. It was hot and had all the fixings I asked for. I don’t know who the lady was that took my order, but she was super sweet. Had a soft voice and was very accommodating. Sonic will beat out McDonald’s and Taco Bell any day if they keep up with this customer service I have not been to this location and probably two years, but I will be back.“
