At this Starbucks they put hand-crafted coffee back into business. Every drink I get from them is a 10/10 and their customer service is impeccable. I regularly pull up and say “surprise me” and they always knock it out of the park with a drink idea I would’ve never expected. Their baristas take pride in their drinks at this store, and always go a step above in making the customer feel cared for.

If I could have the choice of giving NO stars, I would. Poor customer service. The manager didn’t even try helping and sounded super incompetent to be in a managers position. Will NEVER order from this Starbucks again. Can’t even get the drink I wanted and the drank yall gave me wasn’t even the FULL VENTI! Poor poor POOR service.

This is by far the best Starbucks I've ever been to Ty is a wonderful and caring man!! He got me the best coffee and his cheerful disposition was absolutely the best after a rough few days!! The whole staff is great but he stands out like a bright and lovely star!! Best customer service I have seen!!!

Normally great experience here but if your gonna have a new guy there they shouldn't leave him alone. He messed up 4 very simple drinks and we could hear numberous other people laughing in back leaving this newbie alone.

I rarely leave reviews places, but the staff here is always so consistently polite and personable. I don't get Starbucks very often, but it's always a pleasant experience when I come by this one- more so than the average Starbucks. Wonderful job at customer service, and thank you staff for always being so kind. ? Feel like they deserve a shout out!

Way to fill up my coffee cup 3/4 full and fill the rest up with whipped cream, to make it look full. Felt light as soon as it was handed to me. Stop rationing and give folks what they pay for.

Great Starbucks experience! Everyone working on Saturday, October 21 at 12:20p needs an incentive. Everyone was so welcoming, each person spoke and asked how my day was going but it was your employee Ty who put the icing on the cake. Before this visit I had no idea Starbucks gives samples. I’m not much of a coffee drinker but wanted something hot, not too sweet but not to overpowering in the espresso department. Ty listened to what I liked and didn’t like when it came to coffee and took the time to make 2 samples for me to try. One being the new pumpkin latte which I was skeptical about due to not being a fan of pumpkin flavored foods, but this was the perfect blend of sweet and coffee and not too overbearing with the pumpkin. His customer service was top notch ?? Great guy, even better experience! Thank you Ty!! Hopeful this is shared with you ??
