a very big thank you to Dean for exceptional Customer service. I placed a online order, go for my pick up and come to find out I placed the order for a different location. With a smile and no issues Dean ( I hope I got his name right) made my order and told me not to worry.

I have to say. I do not like coffee so i tried the dragon fruit/mango lemonade. DELICIOSO. OMG super good and great. In my life i been 4 time in starbucks and today at the fort hood store PAM made my experience excelente. Top of the line. PIKE CUSTOMER SERVIVES. She saw i was super hot and sweety i work ac and refriveration and was the entire day in attic. I am head toes wet. PAM SAW ME how tire and ruft day was and when i was paying for the drink.
