I avoid other Starbucks in Killeen and come to this one due to their efficiency and customer service. This location has the friendliest Baristas out of every Starbucks I’ve been to. They are polite and friendly but not so overly so that the talking takes up extra time. The baristas almost always get my order right-the rare occasion where they didn’t they have been prompt and apologetic to fix the issue. I can tell that the employees either have great management or work well...

Jaklan is a positive force among employees at the Starbucks on fort Hood Street. We watched wipe down a table for a customer out side of the building. 10/10 would recommend her for promotion.

Very carizmic atmosphere, you know when the inside is cold and the barista comes out within 2 or 3 min with your drink, you know your coffee is on point. They never disappoint. #TeamStarbucks
