Shannon at this location is very unwelcoming. I come to this location 3/4 times a week and leave with a terrible experience every single time she is at the window. Everyone else speaks and provides a very happy experience. I brought this up with the manager and it still continues. I will now be taking my business to another location. I should never feel upset every time I leave from getting coffee somewhere especially as my first interaction for the day. To continue to have someone who just pushes your coffee out and not even acknowledge your paying customer is ridiculous especially when everyone else is so kind.

Location was prime. Temperature was the right degrees. I didn’t have any issues,& no issues had me. The drinks were , how should I say , wet. The rest rooms were - clean. The customer service was on point. The counter tops weren’t sloppy. You could smell the coffee beans when you hit the door-FRESH!

Hi. I try my best not to leave bad reviews. I try even harder to make sure if I have a good experience to leave a good review. Today I’m leaving a good review. I tried the grilled cheese today for the first time and it was amazing. It was warmed up perfectly and had amazing flavor. The young man At the window, I believe his name was Sean… Was friendly, pleasant, and efficient. My order was done very quickly and with a great attitude. In fact when I pulled up to the window, all of the Staff seemed to be cheery And happy to be at work. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience.

My daughter is autistic and is non verbal so she uses baby sign to communicate with people. The woman in the window with the hat not only noticed my daughter's sign but when I explained what she wanted (the gir's name) she not only signed her name and gave a sign name but asked my daughter her name too .
The girl said that she was just starting learning sign language for her deaf customers, I hope she is able to master it so she can make more people feel seen like she did my daughter.
Kid-friendliness: The girl in the window spoke to my daughter in an appropriate tone without making her feel belittled (even though my daughter isn't verbal due to her autism) and she even spoke to my daughter in sign language when she noticed it.

I’ve tried this location several times but my drinks don’t get made correctly. When you ask for it to be remade they kinda try to insist they made it right and it’s just an uncomfortable experience. I think I’ll take the extra time to go to the Stan Schlueter bunny trail location from now on.
