Fridays has fallen off.My waiter wasn't up to par. I'm sorry if he was having a bad day.My husband ribs were cold and fairly pinkish. My wings were dry. There was something black floating in my water.I had a concern about my drink that I expressed to the waiter ....although it may not be his fault he didn't bother to apologize on behave of the restaurant as a whole.We are in inflation no one wants to be ripped off..my glass was. Staff was friendly and attentive BUT, someone needs to reach our waitress that you don’t reach over the patrons’ food and drinks. Also, pot stickers were over cooked, and the dipping sauce for our (although she ’zapped it, just enough to knock the chill off’ was still a bit too cold. Our table still had crumbs on it when we were seated and the silverware given to us had food stuck on it. Today we stopped by TGIF and I must say, we had the very best experience ever! First time at this location and our server, Curtis #475 was the best server we have ever had at ANY restaurant. Very attentive, professional, great smile and excellent. Waited the perfect time before brining our main meal. With people like this employee we will definitely return. This man is a definite asset to your place of business.
