Got the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Tortelloni, although it may look pretty it came out cold . Not even like warm , cold . There was only 4 people sat on the entire side of the restaurant and yet took us 1hr and 1/2 just to get cold food . I can see why no one was here . Super expensive for shit food. This place needs to be shut down . Not only shit food but there were bugs all in the bathrooms too. Disgusting.

Ordered food and it took ages to come out take in mind that there was only one other table there at the time and they already had their food. I finished my drink and waited for another for about 30 minutes. Never got another drink. The waitress took my food before bringing me another drink. I went through most of my meal without a drink. By the time we left there was only four tables there. The male bathroom had an extreme stench of urine to the point my eyes were watering. The females smelled like someone was smoking in there is what my wife said. The food was pretty good but, for two hours of waiting wasn't really worth it. They brought out all the food separately instead of together.Kid-friendliness: Played sexual and explicit music. Definitely was not kid friendly.

Oh how the mighty has fallen. Years ago this was our absolute favorite spot for a special dinner. Tonight's experience makes me wonder if this restaurant is still even an official franchise any longer. Kind of like when Bennigans lost franchise support but the owners tried hanging on anyway. DISASTER! Very similar to tonight's visit. LONG LONG waits for EVERYTHING: getting seated, drinks, app, main, even for the damned check! The food was HORRIBLE. Overcooked dry steak covered with BURNT BLACK tornado fries. It's like only two people were covering every job in the entire restaurant. A lady at the table next to ours waited for 15 minutes after her family was served their food before she was served, and she told the host TWICE that she hadn't been served yet. The KILLEEN CURSE is strong in this dive.

Today we stopped by TGIF and I must say, we had the very best experience ever! First time at this location and our server, Curtis #475 was the best server we have ever had at ANY restaurant. Very attentive, professional, great smile and excellent. Waited the perfect time before brining our main meal. With people like this employee we will definitely return. This man is a definite asset to your place of business.

Ordered $100 worth of food, just to open it up and find that the sesame chicken tenders looked like someone cleaned out the deep fryer and sent the crumbs. One of the meals didn't even have the main item the ribs. The kids tender meal came with the whisky suace from the sesame tenders.

There was something black floating in my water.I had a concern about my drink that I expressed to the waiter ....although it may not be his fault he didn't bother to apologize on behave of the restaurant as a whole.We are in inflation no one wants to be ripped off..my glass was. Barly half full. And they gave me two strawberries why advertise it kne way and deliver it another. It's a big deal when I'm spending my money.The drink was good but I was shorted!!I won't be back for a while.Anywhere I gotta ask for napkins makes me big mad.I ordered wings come in man that's automatic here's wipes n paper towels.I gave him 5 dollars and I anit Wana give him that.#QueenEarline on all platforms

The so stopped in today for lunch with my daughter. Hardly any customers but the wait for the food was extremely long. Then my food came out sizzling chicken dish and it was dripping as the waitress brought it over. And the food was swimming in grease. Meanwhile my daughters food was nowhere near to coming out. I asked for a manager but they never came out. Needless to say we didn't eat there. The wait staff was great, I know its not there fault the kitchen had issues. But I did except a manager to come out and try to talk to me.

Once we were seated it took 15-20 minutes before the waitress even addressed us, once our food and drinks were ordered the waitress entered my drink order incorrectly and they attempted to get me to just accept a drink I didn’t order. Then a portion of the food order came out and as I’m typing this review the other portion of the order has not been delivered and it’s been about 15 minutes. The waitress comes over and says the other portion of our order still has not even been prepped yet. I called the manager over to discuss this and she was very nice and understanding and offered to comp items on our ticket which is the only reason I am giving them a 2 as a review
