Food was great as it is in most tropical smoothie cafes, and the smoothie was on point. I only had an issue with the size of the wrap, was half the size in used to receiving at other locations. They were pretty busy but still got our order in a timely manner, all these people dropping one star due to waiting is crazy, go McDonald's if you want quick in and out if not 5-10min wait for something of quality and healthy is nothing.

The prices are to high for what you’re paying for! One can the only person/ car in the drive through.
You pull forward and wait an additional 15-20 before you get a simple order. Just a smoothie and 2 orders of maple moss sweet potatoes .
There’s no sense of urgency and the it doesn’t feel welcoming when you enter.
There’s one guy he’s very nice, greet you , friendly and always say have a good day..
No point intended he’s the Caucasian...

Friendly staff and environment, Sabryn took my order really well and I was completely satisfied with the paradise point smoothie. Pricing was pretty decent, not terribly expensive. Store was well cleaned, impressed with the attention to detail.
