“We had intended to visit this restaurant for a long time and I am so glad we finally did! the food was fresh, homemade and delicious. I had the roast beef special and it was fork tender and flavorful. My husband had one of their namesake potatoes and it definitely did not disappoint; perfectly baked and loaded with goodness. To finish off, we had homemade peach cobbler muffins that made me think I'd died and gone to heaven! We washed it down with sweet tea that was a special family recipe and really hit the spot. On top of that, the owner was so nice and attentive, and just made the whole experience the perfect lunch date. You should absolutely go visit and support this local Highland Lakes family business!“
