I understand they were very busy manager stayed in the back putting orders together employees going back and forth never acknowledged us....took bout 10 minutes to take our order and a friend of mine was ready to order but they ignored him I feel nally had to stop someone and asked them to take his order but the food was good manager and employees need to acknowledge customers....it only takes a second to say " I'll be right with you"
Chicken was fresh and was tasty. Large pieces. Fries are good. Cole slaw was very good. They got the to go order right which is a big plus among fast food chains. The only turn off was staff was not friendly at all. No thank you. Just silently handed the receipt without saying a word. They didn't say it will be 15 minutes or anything. I gotta say that I'm impressed with KFC whenever I come here with my family I usually get the chicken tenders or the chicken Littles and they'll just get a two piece chicken but with that said the reason I'm impressed is because everytime we come here the food is always delicious and very warm in other words it's always consistent which is what me and my parents strive to look for in a restaurant or fast food joint because sometimes we'll go somewhere and the food is good one...read full review
