Cathy catered our church crowd of 200 for our minister’s retirement today and the menu of chicken piccata, pork medallions with chimichurri sauce, mashed potatoes and marinated grilled vegetables was perfect! Everyone raved! Her crew was such a help- arrived early with hot dishes put them in our chafing dishes and gave us advice on how best to serve our large crowd. We will definitely use her again-highly recommend!
Cathy will make anything you would like for your event and her food is delicious!! Her weekly meals are awesome with generous portion sizes. You won’t be disappointed!
What an awesome concept. Order you food early in the week. Swing by and pick up an already prepared hot meal. Go home and dinner is ready to serve to your family. Top top it all off, it is sooooo good. Thank you Cathy for being an amazing cook and totally keeping me out of the kitchen.
