Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Great custard, to me they will always be shakes 🥰 but my oh my 🥰 my grandsons really liked their chili dog and the steak burger.

Seems like there is a lack of management, or lack of training. Maybe both.

Service was fast and friendly. I'm not a fan of the size of their fries but they were cooked and seasoned well. There was mustard all over my burger and bag. The burger literally looks slapped together and is barely hanging on. It isn't a busy time of day so I'm not sure why presentation is so poor.

So...first time at Freddy's. Cashier was less than friendly, and her actions were...not sure I have the correct words to describe. Anyway, I placed my order for 2 items and a cup of water, ok so 3 items. Before I asked for water, she already had the cup on the counter and charged me for a combo meal. I'm puzzled. I am the kind of person who will pay the extra change if need be to not have a combo since I always drink water when eating out...unless wine is involved. Ha! As far as the food, the tater tots were great, but I doubt I'll ever voluntarily go back.

First time ever at Freddy's. The burger was completely made wrong. I guess they cook everything in the same grease because my burger smelled just like a fish sandwich. I asked for no pickles & add mayo, no mustard; they added mustard & pickles, there was no mayo. The only thing they got right was don't add cheese! Tots were solid grease tots. Never again!

Usually a fan of Freddy’s until I tried this location. The empty parking lot and restaurant should have been a red flag. The teens working there were definitely having a good time. They certainly were not doing their job. The food prep area was filthy, especially around the custard machine. We placed our order, which took awhile, the teen was confused. Our food was ready quickly, too quickly to be freshly made. My chili cheese dog was cold, what little grated cheese that was there, had no chance of melting on cold chili. Both of our meals were cold except the fries and they were good. We an ordered custard for after our meal and it was made immediately, even though asked to hold. The drink machine was out of ice. With this horrible experience, we will not be back. We will go to Valley Ranch for Freddy’s.

The management at the Kingwood location is non-existent. The restaurant was completely out of Dr Pepper and the servers did not appropriately clean the floor after a huge ice spill. Please upgrade

This Freddie’s is great!
The place was busy and still got great service!
A nice young man named Trevor brought me out extra fry sauce so I didn't have to get back up. Now thats what I call great service!!
Will be back and will tell all my neighbors too!

This was my first time at this location. The food was ok, but the facility was extremely dirty. The floor was so grease it was dangerous to walk on. And the drink machine was out of ice.
