Best frozen yogurt anywhere! And their burgers are top notch! 👌 Was dealing with a new employee but normally I'm sure the service is great too

Fine burgers, but their promotions are basically always scams. Signs say very loudly to download an app for a burger. You do just that. Then once you go to check out, hello! It takes 24 hours. So come back tomorrow

By the way it’s not mentioned in their advertising. Even the workers admit that.

Just generally bad experience with customer service and the place isn’t usually terribly clean

Store was clean. I was helped by India who was very polite and made me the best Dr Pepper shake. Food came out quick and hot as well, and India brought it to my table.

My wife and I stopped by Freddy’s on Kingwood Drive after work today and went through the drive-thru. They accidentally forgot my chili fries, so I went inside and had the pleasure of speaking with Tony.

Tony took great care of me and remade my chili fries perfectly! He made sure there was the right amount of fries and chili, and the food was fresh and delicious. Customer service like that really stands out these days.

I just wanted to publicly thank Tony for doing an awesome job and taking care of me. I’m a big eater lol, so I definitely appreciated it! Great customer service and great attitude. Freddy’s is lucky to have him!

I go to Freddy's maybe once or twice every couple months. Sometimes it's really great and the service is fantastic. Today was a different story. It sounded like the girl who took my order didn't want to be there. She also didn't read back my order to ensure accuracy, so my drink had ice when I asked for none, and was also a large when I didn't ask for one. The food was fine, but the service is 50/50 on if you get someone kind. Reading back your orders to customers can ensure your accuracy and customer satisfaction

2 guy workers were making out outside of Freddy’s. Disgusting

1st time visit, our order was wrong & had to be sent back. Some random hoodlum kids hanging out trying to sell candy. The whole restaurant needs to be shut down & cleaned from top to bottom, place is nasty.

This place just needs to admit they are broke. The portions get smaller and smaller on the fries. I get a combo with a large cheese fries, which is an upcharge, and I have less fries then my son who doesn’t have much for his medium combo. I’ve gone to say something before and they don’t understand. When this place first opened, they gave a whole basket of fries with cheese for a large fries and the burger was on a separate basket.

We used to enjoy Freddy's. The service has steadily declined. Messed up orders, long wait times, sometimes both. I can count on something being wrong every time we go.
