It is obvious they do not have anyone here that knows how to run a fast food restaurant.

We ordered online but when we got home there was no sauce , no concrete which we paid for . There’s a button you can press on the confirmation of your order if there’s a problem with your order but it just cuts you off . I’ve also tried to call the store and the phone line is just a constant busy tone .

I usually have decent service here, but my last visit was very bad. First it took a long time for someone to serve me and I nearly left. Then the teen there didn’t look like he knew what he was doing and entered my order oddly, and I was worried he got it wrong. Then the soda machine was out of ice and I had to ask for more ice. The teen then took my cup directly on the rim with his hands which is very unsanitary. Then when they made my meal, they didn’t announced it over the intercom so I had to get it after it sat there for a while. Lastly there’s a bush outside the restaurant that has poor visibility for oncoming traffic, and I almost hit another driver because of it. I won’t be eating here again anytime soon.

If you want to wait two minutes for them to take your order then another 5 and still not get your food go here. Lady acted like it was my fault when i asked for my fries. Horrible horrible

Can't tell you how the food was. We didn't make it that far. The cashier was rude and rolled her eyes before we eves before we ever got to finish our order.

First time to dine in at Freddy’s. Every table was dirty. The pick up counter was filthy& Soda was spilled in front of the pick up area.
Employees just put up a wet floor sign and ignored the spill, that could be a huge liability issue if someone falls. The over all standards of cleaniness was disturbing.

Tried this place for the first time and I'm not impressed. The establishment was very sticky and dirty. The best word to describe would be a pigsty.The service was not that great, their soda machine was out of order, and the food was ok. The burger was salty and the shoestring fries left more to be desired. The chocolate shake was pretty good. Overall, the place was just ok.

I decided to switch my order up and get cheese curds instead of fries and let me just tell you the cheese curds were amazing.

Orders the #1 with cheese curds , got the burger with a single patty the curds were very little on amount and the floors and tables were super sticky . Went up to ask for the order to be done right they refused.

Ummm I went through the drive through but the ice cream is 10/10 definitely recommen I personally like dirt and worms.
