We tried to bring our team here to eat in between games at Kingwood HS. We were greeted by the employee telling us that we had too many people (17) and that we should have called in for catering. There were no customers in the restaurant at the time but apparently they didn’t have enough bread to serve us and we were told that it would take 3 hours for them to serve us. My advice to anyone considering visiting this establishment… go to Subway, they have plenty of bread!

This the most pathetic sandwich I’ve ever had. We order here all the time. A tomato slice is thicker than the meat put together. We ordered a delivery, we opened the bag and started laughing at how ridiculous these sandwiches were. We called and complained to an employee at the store, and that employee didn’t care at all and said this is what corporate forces them to do. We just ordered from this store 3 days ago and the sandwiches were great. I told him I will never order Jimmy John’s again, and he said “okay, that’s fine” I do not recommend spending your money here. I want my money and tip back

Terrible service. No cheese on one sub, no oil or extra lettuce on the other. Neither cut in half, no extra mayo packs, and no napkins. And over proced potato salad only 2/3 full.

Robert was so friendly and nice to me and my co workers. He made our experience amazing and suggested a new wrap that was amazing (jalapeño ranch chicken) if I am ever in the area I will be stopping in again!

I've been ordering from this location for 3 years. The last three times I've ordered from here it has taken over 30 minutes to receive my order after I get the update that it's already left the store. This last time it took an hour after getting the notification it was "out for delivery." I called the store and they said they only have one driver. I absolutely understand being understaffed and how stressful it can be, I worked service industry for years when I was in college; but to take over an hour, and then I couldn't even call the store back for an update because by the time it got here the store was closed...

Terrible customer service from the young lady working the front.I ordered curbside and waited about 20 minutes outside, the young lady in the front was looking at me, therefore she acknowledged me waiting on my foot in the front! I got off walked in and she just handed me my bag, SHE SAID NOTHING …My chips weren’t in the bag, I had to go back! My water bottle was in the bag, making my sandwich cold, make that make sense!

Was on my lunch break, stopped at this location but realized I didn’t have my wallet on me and I had recently reset my phone so Apple Pay wasn’t possible either. I ended up getting a picture of my card and was able to set up Apple Pay for payment but before I even did that, a employee named Alex offered to purchase a sandwich for me so that I would have something to eat on my lunch break. Awesome location, will always remember that. Definitely left a tip.

Health Code! Just left this place disgusted. Was waiting for my order, when another customer brought their opened sandwich back to the counter and saying it was wrong. Proceeded to watch the employee just wrap it back up and call my order and saying it was mine. Refused to accept the sandwich handled by another customer, and employee refused to make another. Just saying there's your sandwich and then turning away. Several customers saw this, even stating they wouldn't accept it either. Total disregard for customer service and completely disgusting.

Worst jimmy johns ever. Didn't tell me they were backed up with a catering order and made me wait 45min for my sub. Put sauce on it when I said no sauce. Seriously everyone here needs to get fired.

Don't order from them! On July 24 th I placed a delivery order. They have horrible service. I placed an order through the app. To be delivered asap. I waited for the order for a hour and no so. So, I called the store and told the person who answered I had placed an order through the app and gave her my information and had not received my order. The order hadn't even been made. She THEN Informed me since they didn't have a driver to deliver it anyway. I told her that it would have been courteous if they called me and informed instead of me waiting for my order. I proceed to the ask if I could go pick up. She said I could go pick up. Once I got to the store. I told them I had just called and spoke to someone about my delivery order and since they could deliver it. I was here to pick up. The person on the count them started to make my order. Once she was done. I requested for a refund for the delivery and tip from my app order. She told that I had wait for end of day. The following Monday I called the number to the customer service number found online for Jimmy John's. I spoke to a lady about my incident and I would like a refund for the delivery and tip charges. She informed me each they didn't handle such incidents and each location handles incidents and refund. She let me know she would let that location know and they should be calling me. and she would follow up with me as well. It has been a almost a month and I have yet for anyone to call me on this issue. But sure fully charged me for the delivery and tip. Wow! I guess I pay so that o can do all the work! Customer appreciation is surely not T the top of the list for them.
