Our son introduced us to Kingwood Taco Shop years ago, so for his graduation, it was no surprise he wanted tacos for his party. I ordered the self-serve catering from KTS. We got the picadillo, chicharrones, red pork, and barbacoa. Everyone loved the food! I just had the leftovers for lunch, and it was even better today. Life happens, even to restaurants, and there was a hiccup with the pickup time, but they delivered it to us instead. Couldn’t have asked for more! Great food, great service! Would definitely recommend for family meals out and for catering. 5 ⭐️

I may have totally ordered the wrong thing and only went once. It’s a good price point and great service but I unfortunately could not get my tacos down. I tried the spicy chicken and picadillo and it was too mystery meat-esque for my taste.

These are hands down some of the best tacos in Houston. Even though they deal with a lot of people, the staff always makes it personal and tries to remember everybody who comes in on the regular.

This was not our first time but was for our mom and like us she fell in love!!! Besides the food being amazing, you fall in love with the family who owns it! You start out with THE BEST corn or flour tortillas and then start building to your heart's desire... And know that no choice is wrong!!! Love and will continue to stop in every chance we get!
11/04/25 - went back today and it was still amazing... From fresh tortillas, amazing fillings to choose from, wonderful atmosphere, and great people!
