Chicken quality here is great. I've been twice on Friday nights and Ty has been a great host. It's kinda small but the lighting is great and the tables are spacious and not too close together. Very fast and friendly service. Not all Chicken Express's are this good they are franchises and some of them don't control for quality as they should.

We went through the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece mixed. Got 4 wings 1 thigh 1 leg and 2 breast. Ordered the mixed lo livers and gizzards and was over charged. When we told th rude woman at the window she said " oh really! Well it will still be 41.11!!" We really like the food but due to the service we will not be going back. Yes it was only a dollar but still not happy with the service

Food was as expected. Pricing is where I got mad. The prices on yelp are less than what they charge you in the store. I asked about it and their response was "those prices are like 10 years old". Excuse me. No. Two years ago they were less than they are today. Apparently they will lie just to get out of the conflict.
