Chicken Express offers great quality chicken with fast and friendly service. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with good lighting and spacious tables. The menu includes tender meals, fried okra, biscuits, and various sides, all freshly prepared and reasonably priced. Customers often find the food fresh and hot, with spicy tenders that are not too spicy and biscuits that are good. The spicy chicken served with gravy is enjoyed, and the rest of the food is considered soulful and delicious. However, some sides like corn nuggets can be cold if not packed properly, though replacements are hot and tasty. The atmosphere is simple, fast food style, and the place is very clean. While some find the fried chicken a bit hard and need more seasoning, overall, the food is satisfying and suitable for a quick family meal.
