“Even though there was a small mess up with my order and had to wait another 10 min for a new one, I was not bothered at all. Employees were so sweet and handled the issue right away and were as sweet as ever. One being the manager (I’m assuming) & another employee by the name of Nick. Excellent customer service, will definitely always pick this location.“

“Fresh, hot and delicious were the pizzas I got. A pepperoni regular crust and a thin and crispy. There was a little mix up on my order but the employees there were really prompt and got my order corrected. Very friendly staff and very clean and organized location.“

“I give it a 4 because I’ve never had messed up orders but it’s ALWAYS a hassle to place orders over the phone, I’ve called up to 12-14 times until they pick up, and then I get placed on hold, or I have been told when I show up that they’re very busy so they’re not picking up the phone.
Another thing is that their customer service could be better, I’ve noticed is mostly in the young people.“

“I cannot stress enough how much I was shocked by this place. The most unassuming facade you could find on a pizzeria, but nonetheless spectacular eats. If you go, get the Stromboli. An almost unbelievable value for money and exceptional quality, even compared to the standard faire in New York. If you find yourself moving through Mercedes, it is a disservice to yourself to not stop here. 10/10 stars.“

“Fire Fire Pizza is nice cozy little spot in Harlingen. Anytime my boyfriend and i have a day to ourselves, we usually decide to come here and split a pizza together!

“We just stopped by to get my 20mth old a slice of cheese pizza and wow I was taken back by the portion and how amazing the pizza was! Super friendly staff and not to mention their warm cookies. They definitely need to open more locations! 👍🏾👍🏾“

“I have ordered from here 4 times within the last couple of months and each time i have had nothing but good service and food. They deliver fast, my pizza is always made very quickly and it is very good, all in all this is an awesome pizza hut for sure.“
“The pizza is pretty basic, the wings were very good. They are fast & get the food to you quickly, however they didn’t listen very well and missed some of our order. If you want something fast I’d suggest getting something already prepared, if not order ahead online as it does take a few minutes. It’s a great place to go for a quick meal.“

“A great big shout out to Chuck E. Cheese (harlingen ) ! We had a last minute birthday celebration for my daughters 2nd birthday . I went about two hours before to speak to manger . About having our gathering there and if there was any restrictions on decorations or having a cake . Everything was great the staff , food , and the environment . TYSM on making our experience a pleasant one !“

“Nice new location that is kept very clean. The staff was friendly and nice when ordering. The girl that took my order even made sure to let me know about the wait time for items they didn't have hot and ready. If you have to wait for items there are only 2 seats in the small lobby so you may have to wait in your car. This location also has a drive-thru to make pickup even easier. You can also order ahead with the app and they will have it ready at a given time in the pizza portal box for pickup with no wait. Pizzas were shown to me before taking them and everything looked good and hot. Good location will be back again“

“I couldn't tell the difference between the extra most bestes and the normal hot n ready. I think they're the same thing and you're just charging more. I took picks and nobody can tell the difference. we ate them and nobody could tell the difference either“
