Every sentence from every employee ending with Sir. Whatever caused the prior bad reviews someone is working to fix.
I am at our whataburger way too often BUT today stood out. This morning the lovely woman at the window, Lexi, had the BEST customer service. She was so kinda and truly made my day! Also my iced coffee was amazing and book was nice and fresh!
Friendly staff goes above and beyond to help. Was a very hurried atmosphere. I sat at a table that needed attention the person was there within 2 minutes to clean it up for me and apologized for the delay.
